Who is Rebecca Michi & why should you take the Newborn Sleep Class?
Hey There,
It’s Rebecca here, founder of Slumber Academy and author of The Baby Sleep Plan.
I love helping families get the best sleep possible, as easily and gently as possible. I’ve worked with families’ sleep for over 15 years and helped thousands of families.
One thing I have noticed since helping families turn drama into dreamland is the amount of misinformation there is online regarding sleep, especially newborn sleep.
I am dedicated to helping expectant families have realistic sleep expectations and set themselves up for sleep success.
I have a no-BS approach to sleep. I’m not sugarcoating anything, but I’m also not ever going to encourage you to go against your instincts and do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable.
